Dynamic, results-oriented professional with over 25 years of successful experience providing Legal, Strategic & Operation, Human Resources Management in diversified industries with a strong track record of performance in high-paced organizations. Superior interpersonal skills, capable of resolving multiple and complex issues.
Prior to joining Blue Water Technology, she was a Legal & Regulatory advisor in various companies mostly managed a support team and personally had accumulated broad transactional experience in drafting and negotiating various contracts and successfully handled and finalized many challenging negotiations with large, multi-national corporations.
She is also the Director and Chief Executive Officer of WaterTech Centre Sdn Bhd a registered training organisation which aims to provide superior, efficient, effective and customised water related training packages that benefits the employer, employee and the participants in general.
